New York City Bankruptcy Attorney Google Reviews

We love to see feedback on Google from our bankruptcy clients in New York City, but our business will always be driven by customer referrals. We don’t place as much emphasis on farming these reviews or inflating their importance as other businesses do. Our law firm has continued to grow through honest word of mouth advertising from the ecstatic clients we serve. We maintain a 100% Chapter 7 discharge record in New York City as of 3/19/2014 so as long as we continue to do a great job for every client we represent everything else will naturally fall into place. We focus more on the law than on marketing and that strategy has served us well. It’s great to see our clients saying nice things about us online, but we typically don’t ask them to.

Bankruptcy is a private matter, so not every client wishes to share the experience with others even if their review is somewhat anonymous. Most people are just happy to move on after bankruptcy and would rather be enjoying their fresh start than thinking another minute about the bad times behind them. It takes some motivation to want to write a review about anything, but even more so about your experience with a bankruptcy attorney. This is why we find some bankruptcy attorney reviews on Google to be rather dubious. There are some bankruptcy law firms with many more Google reviews then we have, but they are often very brief statements or even two word remarks. When we see a review that says something like “the best” with nothing else written we really have to wonder. Why would someone go through the trouble of logging in and creating a post only to leave a two word remark. If they were happy enough about the service to want to leave a review you would think they would leave more than a couple of words. When you see a pattern of brief reviews it might be best to be skeptical of them. They could be from real people, but they could have also been coerced into writing them.

On the other hand some online reviews instead of being only a couple of words are full page, eloquent accounts of a client’s experience. Rich with detail and complete with legal insights that would make you think they were written by an attorney. Well if it quacks like a duck….

We focus on the law, not on mastering deception or manipulating on-line reviews to get business, and we have lots of happy customers to show for it. If you are having trouble sorting through the all the competing reviews from the big bankruptcy mills consider giving us a call instead. We’re a boutique firm with a personal touch and 99% Chapter 7 track record as of 8/31/16.
