In many cases my office can file your case for $0 in up front attorney’s fees. So you would pay $400 up front (that includes the court filing fee of $335, the cost to pull your credit report and the cost of paper and postage). To qualify you will need proof of some sort of income and have a bank account. You will have 1 year to pay the balance of attorney’s fees. These fees are on a case by case basis, no official fee quotes can be given until you come to my office for a free consultation. Not everyone will qualify for this option.
